Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intellaflow, an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform operated by LS Tech ("we," "our," or "us"), available at intellaflow.ai and through connected services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intellaflow is a meeting intelligence platform that provides:

  • Automated meeting transcript processing from Google Meet via Google Drive
  • AI-powered meeting analysis, summarization, and action item extraction
  • Task management with a Kanban board for tracking meeting outcomes
  • AI chatbot for querying meeting history using natural language
  • Integrations with third-party services (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Document generation from meeting data using customizable templates
  • Automated routing of meeting outputs to connected services

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. Workspaces and Collaboration

Intellaflow organizes data into workspaces. When you create a workspace or are added to one, all meeting data, tasks, and AI-generated content within that workspace may be accessible to other workspace members based on their role (admin, manager, or member).

Workspace admins are responsible for managing membership and ensuring appropriate access levels. Data shared within a workspace is treated as shared data among its members.

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Google Workspace

Intellaflow accesses your Google Calendar and Google Drive to sync meeting events and retrieve meeting transcript documents. By connecting Google, you authorize Intellaflow to read calendar events, receive webhook notifications for calendar changes, and read Google Docs containing meeting transcripts. Intellaflow does not modify or delete your Google Calendar events or Drive files.

5.2 Other Integrations

When you connect services such as Slack, Notion, Linear, Asana, HubSpot, or Salesforce, you authorize Intellaflow to perform actions within those services on your behalf within the scopes you approve. This may include reading data, creating content, sending messages, and managing items. You can review the specific permissions during the OAuth authorization process for each integration.

5.3 Disconnection

You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Settings page. Upon disconnection, Intellaflow will stop accessing the third-party service but may retain data that was already processed (such as meeting summaries derived from previously accessed transcripts).

6. AI-Generated Content

Intellaflow uses artificial intelligence to analyze meeting transcripts and generate summaries, action items, documents, and other outputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before relying on them.
  • AI outputs should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
  • The quality and accuracy of AI outputs depend on the quality of the input data (transcripts, meeting details).
  • AI-generated content is created for your use within the Service and does not represent the views or opinions of LS Tech.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use (e.g., recording meetings without participant consent where required by law)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Access data belonging to other users or workspaces without authorization
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service outside of the provided API
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to process data in violation of data protection laws applicable to you (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

8. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

The Service allows you to provide your own API keys for AI providers (Bring Your Own Key). When using BYOK:

  • You are responsible for the costs incurred on your own API keys
  • You must ensure your use of those API keys complies with the respective AI provider's terms of service
  • We encrypt your keys at rest but are not liable for any unauthorized access to keys that occurs outside of our systems

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by LS Tech. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service (meeting transcripts, tasks, documents, messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

9.3 AI Outputs

AI-generated content (summaries, action items, documents) produced from your data is considered your content. You may use, modify, and distribute AI outputs as you see fit.

10. Data Processing Compliance

If you use the Service to process personal data of others (e.g., meeting participants' names and emails), you are the data controller for that data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate legal basis and consent to process such data and that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use AI outputs at your own risk and discretion.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export requests, after which it will be deleted.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LS Tech is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
